◒ Plot2 Pro-VERSION-2.6.11.TAR.GZ
Union-Find. Keeps track of disjoint sets and lets you quickly merge them. This leads me to the next part of the review, Plot2 is not easy to use at the beginning. It will take several hours of fiddling with the interface to figure out how everything works. There is logic to the way plots are created but it will not be apparent right away. This is nothing like excel where you can just highlight data and after a couple of clicks you have something usable. Once you know how to use the interface though the possibilities are endless. Latest version:2.2.5 AutoDock Vina – The Scripps Research Institute All ChangesAll Abscissa. There is nothing better on OS X for scientific plots.

The problem here is that somewhere along the line the neccessary "-framework Foundation" linker flag was lost. Check your drivers/Makefile and src/Makefile. If it is _not_ in there with "-laquaterm -lobjc" then you can try adding "-Wl,-framework -Wl,Foundation" manually to that line and try make again, it should work. If it _is_ present, libtool is to blame, and you'll have to do the version dance... > > I'm assuming, based on your e-mail, that this is due to a problem with > my version of libtool. Somewhere on those pages there is a daily snapshot of the 2.0 branch, that was how I got libtool 1.9g.
