I feel awfully stupid at this conclusion, but I'm also laughing my heart out, because there's always a new joke that I get in Hercules! Okay, my point....
The oh-so famous Meg line: "They think no means yes and get lost means take me I'm yours"...... She was aiming for Herc there, right!? That he wouldn't let her fix it when she told him to back off? Could that be another reason that she's so annoyed when he doesn't get it? xD

It could be, but I think it's mostly a pride thing. Nobody likes it when you try to crack a joke and no one else gets it.
I've always been a fan of her facial expression after Herc says "And that play, that Oedipus thing? Man and I thought I had problems!" I think it was a subtle, very subtle, salute to all of us who know our mythology and know that Oedipus is Meg's uncle/cousin.

Interesting. Ok. I like to ask questions. What percentage of the time on their first date do you think Meg was 'acting'?

Haha nice In my opinion, I think she was acting until she ran into the cupid statue. Just because after that was when she told Herc somethting about "nobody can hurt you" (can't remember the exact line) It kinda seemed like she just stopped acting after that point. Then Phil had to ruin it for them XD

I think she stopped acting when she stared at her own reflection and said "yes, they are", but I also believe that she during their date forgot about her mission, because She looks pretty happy before Pain & Panic show up.

Oh, that Phil. He can be distracted by females, but Hercules has work to do. How fair is that?
