He really is. I love the scenes where he grabs Hercs Chin...such as the scen I mentioned above, and also when he tells Herc he's "Got something I've Never seen before." It just shows you how strong of a bond that those two have.

True...like in "Hercules and The Living Legend". I swear...that episode makes me want to cry. When Phil stays with Achilles...and then when he goes back to the island and see's Herc practicing by himself.
However...he always remembers that it's not the fame that matters. And when he does...it's always a Heart Warming Moment for everybody!
I love how Phil's opinion of him matters so much to Hercules. He is like a second...er...third father to him.

I'm sure he was able to pay them back later. Phil didn't seem to have much dracma. I don't think they would dare cross Zeus by harassing Herc.
