I have decided I am going to write this letter to Tate on Tuesday, August 14. If I don't set up a time...I might never get to it...and it needs to be got to....get it?

Have you ever seen "Love Potion No. 9"? I think I've heard of it. It has Tate in it, right? I've also thought about writing Tate Donavan and Susan Egan, but idk what to say

Yeah. I haven't seen all of it, but ya. Just tell them how much you appreciate their work and request an autograph. I've gotten one from Susan. I was so excited.

I just saw Tate in Nancy Drew on Youtube, he was her dad. Is it just me, or is he kinda cute? XD It was an awesome movie, I have to get it on DVD once I get the chance.
That's really cool. I'll think about writing them, once I get to chance to sit down and plan it out. Has anyone seen him in Friends? I was going to start watching it on youtube because my friends( no pun intended ) watch it. Does anyone know what episodes he's in?

Aw, Tate has such a sweet voice! I really can't imagine anybody else to play our dear articulate hero. He has such a great range, playing insanely happy, nervous and shy, tenderly romantic, and heartbroken to the point where you want to hug the TV with a gigantic lump in your throat. (really, Tate's acting was one of the main reasons I cry when Meg dies. In the words of Icarus, IT STAAABS YOU LIIIKE A KNIIIFE!. ;- Sean Astin was great as Sam in LotR, but I just couldn't get used to hearing him in KH1. I was very pleased by KH2.

I couldn't agree with you more, crazyromantic. One of my favourite scenes in "Hercules" is Megara's death just because Tate's reactions are so heart wrenching. Hearing his voice crack is so sad and absolutely heartbreaking ... every time. Interestingly enough, when the studio was recording this scene for the feature, Danny DeVito was in another booth making noises to take Tate out of the moment and make him laugh. I forget which interview this was in, but it made me giggle. ;D Edit: Oh, I found it! Here's that interview.

(And I don't even want to imagine how much worse it would've been if the people stuck with how Meg died in the original story. . . ) D: But that part with making him laugh sounds really sweet, I wish I could've been there! (Then again, if I were, I'd have been 3 years old at the most! XD)
